With over 26yrs in practice and during this period we've valued Akani-Ibiam airport , Enugu (Asset Valuation) in 2006 and overall best valuation report out of the 13 airports given to Dan Odiete & Co by the then FAAN MD. Others include African Timber & Plywood, Sapele, Asaba Textile Mill, Lagos Business School, Hightech, Davnotch , ULO Suites and St Lukes Hospital. The Delta State Police Command valuation towards resolving Coscharis / ULO Hospital ICT Equipment installed, quarry valuation. We've also done management of EDSG properties in Lagos.
